Questions
What happens when I reach my allowance?
You're told at 80% and again at 100%. Transactional mail keeps sending. Once the allowance is used up, a new campaign can't be started and automation emails wait, both until the next billing cycle or a larger plan, while a campaign already sending finishes. Nobody is moved to a bigger plan without being asked.
Will a big campaign slow down my receipts?
No. Bulk sending runs in its own queue with headroom reserved for transactional mail, so a password reset goes out while a newsletter is still sending.
How do I cancel?
Any time, from the billing portal on your billing page. You keep the month you've paid for, and nothing renews after it.
Can you help me move from Mailchimp?
Export your audience from Mailchimp and upload the files. The import grades each contact's consent, turns unsubscribes and cleaned addresses into suppressions, and keeps a report. If something looks off, write to [email protected] and we'll go through it with you.
